Шалёны сабака пакусаў 24 чалавекі у цэнтры Віцебску

Яшчэ адзін пацярпелы быў пакусаны на вачах у міліцэйскага патруля, але на свае патрабванні застрэліць відавочна шалёнага сабаку, міліцыянты літаральна адказалі: «Сабака ведае, каго кусае», намякаючы на нібыта нецвярозасць пацярпелага.
Па стане на раніцу 13 лістапада служачыя МНС гэтак і не знайшлі «невялікага чорнага сабачку», які напаў на, як мінімум, 24 пешаходаў. Верагодная ж колькасць пацярпелых можа быць нашмат большай, бо лічба адлюстроўвае толькі тых, хто звярнуўся ў траўмапункт. Хтосьці, каго пёс мог літаральна пацягаць на калашыну, ў медычныя ўстановы не звярталіся, хаця нават рэшткі слюны шалёнага сабакі на вопратцы нясуць у сабе вялікую небяспеку.
